To participate in the competition, you must:
brainCurrently live in the United Kingdom
brainBe a student in Year 9-13
brainRegister on the website once the registration opens
brainGet a permission slip signed by your parent/guardian (available on our website) and give this to your science teacher
brainBe ready to travel to London on the day of competition (at the moment travel expenses cannot be reimbursed)
brainBe interested in how your brain works – you can find learning materials on our

The competition will involve:
• Live question-and-answer session
• Short written quiz
• Neuroanatomy section where you will identify the parts of the real brain
• Patient diagnosis section where you need to diagnose a patient with a disease
• Neurohistology part where you will be given microscopy slides to identify the parts of the real brain
